they are loan scammers!!!

>Beware of Advance fee Loan scams.
LOAN SCAM - Do Not Pay UpFront Fees.
Do not send money UpFront via Western Union or MoneyGram to any person or business in the UK, Nigeria or Canada in hopes of getting a loan. If you do you will learn a hard lesson & never see any Loan money.

To Avoid scams here is what i tell people...
All spam emails/unsolicited phone calls/letters and faxes are scams.
As a general rule - ANYTHING involving Western Union/money gram = Scam.
my Advice: Don't deal with anyone out of state or from a foreign country or Accept or cash checks from strangers and never use wire/bank transfer services.. you risk losing your $$ and your mind.
Remember, if it sounds too good
to be true, it probably is! NEVER(ever) give out your personal information to strangers online or offline! Always be on guard.

That would all be scammers. Any legitamite business is not going to solicit loans using free email addresses on forums, promising miracle loans. They mostly prey on people with bad credit needing a loan or want high $ loans and can't get them.

Advance Fee Loan Scam / Fake Loan Offer Scam

They collect a fee for some reason - it doesn't matter the reason - if you send it all ends there. That's the scam. You never get the loan after giving him your $. Also opens you up to identity theft if personal and banking information given.

Any loan company that doesn't list a business license number or broker's license number in their ad or web site is probably not legit... also beware of yahoo email addresses! Check with the lenders state and research the license number!

Pretty much anyone who claims to be a lender but is using a Yahoo email address will turn out to be a scam. They'll ask for up-front fees, then you won't get a loan - and good luck finding them afterwards.
