Hey, I need to get a new bank account at a different bank than Security Service bc they are screwing me over big time with all these service fees and monthly fees. Can anyone recommend a nice bank that doesnt have all those fees and that debits your account when you make a purchase instead of when it clears?

Debit cards don't work that way. They all debit your account when they clear, not at the time of purchase.
If your complaint with your bank is overdraft fees due to debit card charges, you will probably have the same problem with any bank. You have to keep track of your debit transactions just like you do checks.
If you are set on finding a new bank, look for one that has convenient locations.

Bank of America.
They are the best bank by far.
they dont charge monthly fee's and you can check your account and change things online.
