i am not saying that the MCcanns have done anything to their little girl because nobody knows what is fact and fiction in this mess, the only fact is that a little girl is still missing , but it is a fact that 75% of presumed child abductions turn out to be the parents or parent causing an accidental murder and then trying to cover it up ( got those figures from wikipedia), what if they have done something , how are people going to feel especially those who have put money into their fund etc and fought on their side....would not want to be in their shoes.

It is really beginning to look like the McCann parents have definately had a big hand in poor wee Maddie's disappearance. Unfortunately from the start I had a horrible thought that they were too calm, and collected and wondered if they had given the wee lass something to make her sleep so they could go out. Most people thought I was terrible so i tried my best to keep quiet and make myself believe differently. I read as much as I could to find out what was happening, put towards the campaign, wore the ribbon, video of Maddie on my blog, everything many people are still doing. And now it looks like I was unfortunately right and it makes me so mad to think of them going around, her with the cuddly cat and both looking as if they were just out on a holiday stroll. Then parading around the world meeting people, all supposed to be in the name of helping finding Maddie. well, if that was me, there is no way I would want to be out in public eye, I would be too eaten with grief and be unable to even speak about my little girl without being in floods of tears. Yes, everyone is differnet and we all cope differently but please, don't anyone say, it's cos they are doctors that they can hold their grief in or not show their feelings!
And if it does turn out it was them, then they had better for their own safety I would imagine, stay well away from other people. That maybe sounds like a threat from me, I honestly don't mean it that way, just that I imagine everyone will be so angry if that is even anywhere near an emotion that will be felt.

Not too be too gross here but 25 days in the heat...I am a biologist but I do not have extensive knowledge of forensics; I do not think there would be any "blood" that would still be fluid at that point. But perhaps they found traces of dried blood or "goo". Body fluids, tissue. Who knows. I don't think the police would be doing this unless something was up.
The whole thing felt wrong from the beginning. Usually when something seems odd - it is. I have always felt they had something to do with her missing (besides being total idiots and leaving her alone).
Also - if a child porno ring took her - why did they leave the other babies? In the child porno world they would be worth a lot. Why would wealthy DOCTORS leaves all their children alone when the hotel had baby sitting services?
As Bugs Bunny says - it just don't add up.

You are absolutely correct. It makes no sense to attempt to uphold someone's 'right' to neglect their children. A little sympathy makes sense, but outright support for people who exhibit a pathological and systematic cruelty (leaving wee little kids alone night after night in a strange country) is ludicrous.

I do so hope those who have embraced the McCanns realize that those emotions are maudlin at best. Maybe they should stop for a minute and look at themselves as potentially encouraging sick people to harm their kids and seek public sympathy and financial support.

This would not be the first time. "There is a profile of a parent who is likely to cause MSP. They are usually the mothers. They are often health professionals, especially nurses and respiratory therapists. They often are very friendly with health professionals and cooperative with medical procedures. They appear quite concerned about their child, and are sometimes described as overly concerned. Some psychiatrists believe that this is an attention-seeking behavior. Obviously, not all health professionals who are nice to deal with have MSP."

There has been so much in the press for so long its not a wonder everyone is speaking about it all.

Speaking and discussing things that bother us helps us to come to terms with things in the media we find shocking and difficult to deal with. Not all of us can go off for counselling every time the news is difficult to bear.

We see so much tragedy, hardship, crime, injustice and many other terrible things that affect us because we are human and we sympathise and empathise on this level. It's such a basic human reaction and in a way its good for us all to speak about things when they bother us.

Many people are now concerned for the people who may have been exploited if indeed this case has an unhappy ending. We are at some stage in our life moved by something enough o give generously to help. I also am concerned that innocent and good people may have been damaged.

Many good people help other people on a daily basis and I am afraid that even this has a risk attached. Some of the causes we support are not all they seem to be. Humans though remain generous and it seems we all have the capacity to do this. I am saddened for those genuinely who just wanted to help and now may be damaged by this association if it were to play out badly.

Its usually the parents or a close family friend in these case, although they don't usually happen on holiday and get this much publicity.

The blood in the car does have a more simple explanation: transfer from a bag or other item that has been in contact with blood could leave blood traces in the boot.

My mother thinks that neither parents are guilty, and that there is a big peadophile ring and that perhaps some of the police are involved. Not a nice thought - but why would her blood turn up in a car they hired 25 days after she disappeared?? Where the hell would they have stored her body, if they did put her in there, until then? It is very hot over there and I think the smell would have been noticed. And they haven't exactly been out of sight of the press either. Who knows. i will be very shocked if it turns out to be either one of them. I hope that the truth comes out as soon as possible, for the sakes of the whole mccann family.

the McCanns story is so difficult. Have they tried to cover something up and got caught up in a web of lies or are they innocent parents in a living hell?? Only they know the answer to that

2) The Mcann Parents live in a small house

3) They Were The Only Ones Who Had Access To the appartement

4) What Happend To The Toy kate was holding "Cuddle Cat" The Police took him away

5) The Hire Car Was Hired after Madeline Went Missing!

HOW THE HECK WILL THEY EXPLAIN THAT!

PORTUGUESE police were today set to re-interview the mother of missing Madeleine McCann.

Kate McCann was set to attend the police station in Portimao in the Algarve at 2pm, accompanied by her lawyer, Carlos Pinto de Abreu.

Her husband Gerry will be questioned by detectives separately at the same police station tomorrow.

According to reports, Mrs McCann is being interviewed as a witness, not a suspect.

The interviews come after Portuguese police received the results of crucial forensic tests by British experts. "I can confirm that we have received part of the results and the team is satisfied (with the results)," said police spokesman Olegario de Sousa. He said there have been regular informal meetings with Kate and Gerry McCann.

It was reported today that the DNA of a potential suspect had been found by the scientists at the Forensic Science Service (FSS) laboratory in Birmingham.

The experts have spent the past month analysing samples taken from the McCanns' holiday apartment.

Portuguese police were expected to make arrests within days as a result of "significant new information".

The evidence recovered from the flat includes blood flecks found by British sniffer dogs on the wall in Madeleine's bedroom, where she vanished on May 3.

A source confirmed that information gathered by the FSS had been "regularly fed back" to investigators in Portugal, although the official line remains that tests are "ongoing".

Portuguese police said they were now giving "special attention" to the theory that Madeleine is dead, which depends on the results of the FSS analysis.

Also waiting for details of the forensic tests is the only official suspect in the case, 33-year-old Anglo-Portuguese ex-pat Robert Murat.

He strenuously denies any involvement in Madeleine's disappearance and believes the Portuguese authorities will shortly clear him formally.

Mr Murat's spokesman Tuck Price said he had not been told about any developments in the case.

Mr Price added: "Why are they holding him in limbo? That is still a concern - unless they are using him as cover so that they can continue investigating somebody else.

Meanwhile, The McCanns were set to take part in a religious festival in Praia da Luz this weekend.

Speculation is mounting that this could be the family's farewell to the village, after which they would return to their home in Rothley, Leicestershire.

I would want to strangle them to death. Its extremely bad of them to go around preaching at churches and visiting the pope if they are truly guilty, but maybe they did it to seek forgiveness for what they have done )if they have done anything at all).

There will be a lot of angry people out there.
