only hav base and height!!!
i guess only!! length should be base!
so the width is height
the height is 7 x 2 = 14cm
14cm x ???? = 148cm
148/14 = the ans of length!!!

so length and width gt ans

width is 14c, length u find ur own

I think we are losing something in translation because the way you have it worded you have 3 unknowns 4 unknowns if you count the angle Theta and 5 unknowns if you count the angle Phi.
