It is an 88 Firebird 305 V8.

Clockwise - or the same direction as the firing order of the ignition cables coming out of the distributer. The fireing order of the Chevrolet 305 is -18436572.

When you move the rotor bug in the direction of advance it will be the same direction the rotor turns....clockwise
