I almost forgot the 'daddy' of all British engineering -- CONCORDE gone but not forgotten. Been under its flightpath over M25 on many occasions.

There is an O2 sensor (sometimes two) plugged into your exhaust. Problems with this will give rise to the warning light. They will have had to remove it from the old one and should have refitted it to the new one. Sounds like they didn't refit it properly, or the wires have been dislodged or they may even have damaged it. Time to go back to the garage. New exhausts often smell of burning, it's either paint burning off or the gum they use to seal joints.

I love the sound of a V8!
Have had a couple of Rangerovers with 3.9 V8's and they are sweet. The sound can make me turn my head even them ticking over is music to my ears, but when you drop them into 4th gear and put your foot down the sound you get is pretty good!
My 6 year old daughter looks sideways at me and says 'Damn!!' when we do this!

Yup. my own list is pretty much the same - add in the M.T.T. Y2K and a Victory with a Ness 2-into-1 pipe, too and you've got a full house!

Dodge Cummins pickups, especially with stacks, sound amazing. So do any old muscle car.
