I usually clear it when the system bogs down. It happens a lot on here because I go back and forth between questions and research. After a bit the pages start slowing down when they load so I just go and clear the cache. When I was using IMVU, that happened with alarming frequency. I stopped using it when the browser started saying something about removing Phishing filter data.

I clear out my browser history because it takes up SPACE, not because I'm doing anything bad on the internet.
Once a week, I delete all the cookies.

u can do smthng....when u r deleting the history 4m control panel and not directly from the history option in ur browser, just change the 'days to keep the history' to one day from 20days (20days is usually at default)
doing dis, ur history will be deleted automatically everyday at 12 midnight. :)

I have it set so it clears every single time I end a session on Firefox. Very easy, and no hassle, so if you ever forget.. you don't have to worry about it ^_^
