Reflecting on all the things that have happened in my life and remembering all the good moments always makes me feel good when I am down. Then after that for the rest of the day I feel good.

I feel wonderful when my 2-year-old granddaughter gets on the telephone and says, "Hi, Grandma." She lives in another state, and I only get to see her once or twice a year.

A different type of good feeling comes to me every time I listen to a Vitas song or watch one of his videos. How I admire that young man and his talent!
