I think that Cleo and Faith are great names. However, they don't flow together very well as a first name all together. Consider Cleo as the first name and Faith as the middle name, or Faith as the first name and Cleo as the middle name. I personally prefer the name Faith over Cleo, and the meaning behind the name Faith is touching and gorgeous.
Also, my sister grew up with a double first name (Emily-Page). It was very hard for her to get people to call her both names. New people often called her just Emily, and teacher sometimes called her Page. She often had to refer to the example of Mary-Kate Olsen to explain that both Emily and Page were her first name. It was very difficult for her to get new teachers and friends to call her both names.
I think that you should name your daughter Faith Cleo (last name) because the meaning of the name is so touching and Faith is a beautiful name.
Good luck and God bless, may your family and new baby girl be healthy.

I like the name Cleo, it derive from the greek "Kleio" that means "to make famous"! You should pronounce the name with its greek pronunciation "cleo" and not "clio" or write it with K and not C. So the people doesn't think about the car.I don't love the name Faith but I think it's "right" for you baby. The two names togheter are nice, not too long and have a good sound!
Good Luck!

Cleo-Faith is too much of a mouthful for most kids to even pronounce for the first 4 years. The other writer is correct in that most preschoolers would associate this with the dog. not a happy association for a little girl who may not always be a stunning beauty. I think I would look for something else that I liked. She will thank you for it later.

I like Faith, but I don't really care for Cleo, it reminds me of the poodle on the kid's show Clifford! I absolutely love the name Lily Faith though! Good luck and God bless!

The name both have special meaning and value for you; I think it would be a wonderful name. Did something similar for my son when he was born...could not really settle for his middle name to be either James or Ryan, so it was hyphenated to be James-Ryan. Cleo-Faith would be very unique.

I think it's beautiful!
My partner is Spanish, and we called our daughter "Encarnación", after his mum who died a year before she was born.
I had a complicated pregnancy, and almost lost my daughter at 4 months pregnant, so I wanted a meaningful middle name. I chose "Nadia" which means 'luck' in Russian.
As my mum says, Encarnación Nadia is one heck of a name, but obviousley, it gets shortened (to Encarni) when we speak to her or call to her, that's normal!
Tanslated, her full name actually means "Birth of luck"!
Congrats and I hope it all goes great!
*Mummy to Alejandro David, 5, and Encarnación Nadia, 3 months* :-)

I like both names, but it's a mouthful to yell when she's up at bat. Why not first and middle name?
