There's nothing wrong with Boris's pro-American sentiments. He is entirely unsuited to be Mayor of London. First of all, he has no connections with London and most Londoners think he is a country bumpkin [a hick].
Gordon Brown is most likely to call a general election in May 08. This general election will be planned to coincide with the London Assembly election. This will force Boris Johnson to choose between his Henley constituency or taking a chance on becoming Mayor of London.
It's like this. My next door neighbour is a black cab driver [a London cabbie]. He told me once that he did not give a damn who the Mayor of London is, so long as it's Ken Livingstone. My neighbour is a card carrying Tory. So why is he in favour of Ken? Because Ken is a Londoner and Boris just is not. If a man cannot understand the Cockney then he has no place being Mayor of London.
The Tories should just be thankful that they have the majority of the seats on the London Assembly, but they're not getting the Mayor's job. Last time they had the top London Job was when their wanker Horrice Cutler [GLC] introduced the One-Man bus to London, thus signing the death cert of the world famous London Route-Master, admired by tourists and Londoners alike.

Sadly Boris is a buffoon and will not be elected. If the Tories could find anyone with half a brain they could stand a chance of getting rid of Ken and the rest of this sordid government. Even more sadly it means that old Ken will be re elected. Why can't the tories or the liberals or for that matter anyone find a candidate that is a serious contender? Are we stuck with ken forever?

there is now not some thing incorrect with Boris's expert-American sentiments. he's unquestionably unsuited to be Mayor of London. initially, he has no connections with London and maximum Londoners think of of he's a us of a bumpkin [a hick]. Gordon Brown is maximum in all probability to call a commonly used election in could desire to 08. This commonly used election could be planned to coincide with the London assembly election. this could tension Boris Johnson to flow with for between his Henley constituency or taking of project on transforming into Mayor of London. that's like this. Certainly not! this man complains bittterly over the lies used to invade Iraq but conveniently forgets he voted for and backed the Iraq war also last week he criticised Livingstone for buying oil from Venezuela for London Buses and branded their leader as a dictator despite him being democratically elected 3 times. Johnson is a lying opportunist!

I wouldn't vote for Boris Johnson if he was standing for the "Free cash for all Londoners" party.
I wouldn't vote for Boris Johnson if the only alternative was Kate McCann.
I wouldn't vote for the Tories if Mother Theresa was their candidate.
So come on Londoners. Stop thinking celebrities. Show Boris what we think of the idea of him becoming mayor, and give him nul points.

I have no problem with his pro- American sentiments. He can't be any worse than Livingstone.
I think it is sad that the only choice we have is either loony left or rabid right, I'd prefer someone in the centre
