The next time you're in Nepal try Thakali cuisine. Of course if you travel out to Tukche you'll just glory in the food. Meat is hung from the rafters aging in the cold. Try it. There are mountain herbs that grow high in the Himalayas for only a month. It's dried and crushed into a powder and makes a gravy with mountain bred meat. Then there's apricot brandy that Tukche is famous for. All other foods pale by comparison. Even the Yami delicacies from Taiwan.

I love Thai, but I haven't found a good Thai restaurant here in Florida yet. The one thing I miss about Boston is the food. Especially the seafood. And pizza. Oh the Chinese food too. I can't leave out the authentic Italian restaurants either.....yummyyyyyyyyy

I've moved on from Indian and am now a fan of Thai food, it seems less full on and easier or maybe it's my palate that has matured!

There is no food in world to rival the variety and taste of Gujarati food.
Portugese food comes second.
