Yes. April 28, 1985. We were getting ready to go to my then-husband's parents' house for Sunday dinner and I suddenly could not function at all. I was just so deeply depressed. Hit me like a ton of bricks. I told Ken to go ahead without me. A few minutes later my sister called to let me know that my father had just died.

Yeah. I guess I have a sensitive spirit. I remember it being a Thursday, and for some reason, I COULD NOT STOP CRYING. We found out 2 days later, that day(April 1999), my stepuncle murdered my granddad and stepgrandmother and then himself. Not exactly his fault. He was paranoid schizophrenic, and the meds he was taking wasn't working for him.
