1. Lower the players salaries. I think they get paid too much.
2. Make the playoffs shorter. I'd like a best of 5.
3. Introduce a new statistic: FGA/Assist ratio. It'll solve once and for all the question of who the biggest ballhog is.
4. Have a 1-on-1 event for All-Star. I'd love to see Kobe and LeBron go head to head.
5. Less stupid commercials.

i have two advises. the first one, there should be more space under the rim for players to drive in.in other words, the boundary should be extended. the second one, the boundary in the corner of the court, between the three point line and the outline, should be extended because sometimes three pointers are too awared of stepping on the boundary, so they accidently step on the three point line.

I'd move the 3 point line to 25 feet, like it was in the ABA. It's just a chip shot to these guys. I'd make them earn their 3 points. I'd also take away the constant noise playing ALL the time, even during play. This is extremely annoying. Watching the Bulls play can give you a headache.

I would lower player salaries first of all, then ticket prices and concession stand prices. Yea the owners and league would take cuts too!
As far as the game itself I would change the lackluster effort many players put forth when playing. Some of those lazy guys just piss me off!

I would take back the control of my game where I would determine starting times, matchups, and how many timeouts per game there are, among other things. The NBA is run by a bunch of pimps.

I would get rid of the superstar rules, like where if you touch a certain player its a foul. Let them play the game!

An instant replay policy very similar to the NFL to go along with the instant replay they already use.

I know this sounds weird, but being somewhat reasonable...i had this crazy idea...
a 9th team from each confereence gets in and t hey play a wild cards starter with the 8th seed to see who gets to play the 2 seed and the first overeall seed gets a bye. (your welcome Mavs)
