I have removed all the fruit from my house, and any fruit I have left is in the fridge, but I still have this pesky buggers everywhere. I've tried just setting a dish of vinegar out as well, but that didn't really work as I was told. Any other suggestions? Thanks bunches!

CLEAN everything really well, they can feed off the slightest residue, so clear the counters and wipe it all down really well. Keep the plug in the sink drain when not in use so they can't go in there and feed on food remnants. Don't leave food out and be sure the recycling & trash are covered tightly.
It's a great motivator to get your kitchen super clean!!! They can still take like a week to die off :( so be patient.

Try putting the brown Apple Cider Vinegar in a glass with high sides 3-6" without anything covering the top. Also,If you used white distilled vinegar it won't work..only the brown will!
You are the absolutely first person I have ever heard of that the vinegar didn't work for......U.S.A or UK, worked everywhere.....If it still won't work, you must be doing something else wrong...

set out a empty 2 liter bottle with some banana in it...then let it set out a day or so and when you see them in there just put the cap on and through it away....repeat untill they are gone

Fogger... just make sure to follow directions carefully, and clean everything thoroughly when done.
