But your missing the fact that we do not know all the information that the authorities have on this. They may have had info about them from the beginning and were waiting for the right time to charge them. Also - they were planning to leave Sunday. If the authorities had some damning info on them, now would be the time to question them.
I find in these situations when something doesn't seem right, it isn't. The story never made sense from the start. I agree that this is not enough to charge them. The police will have to come up with strong evidence for that. But my gut tells me that somethings stinks in this case. No matter what - it is still disgusting that these people left her alone (if that is what they did).

The mccann case means nothing.
Maddie? Them? If they die or do not die, it means nothing. Those who pretend otherwise are pathetic, i mean, no one goes to sleep crying, weeping, upset about it, they jsut say it to save face.
Look at darfur where no one has food coz of fighting, thousands of children dying a week, we do nothing to help, people would rather be interested in a high profile murder case to keep them interested than the truths about the world.
I know the facts, the facts are there if you look

That has to work both ways, if we are not to believe the "facts" that the newspapers or the news programmes report, then surely we can't beleive the "facts" made by Auntie Phil and the other various members of the McCann clan.

yep, but if you say anything that does not agree with the accusers on here, you get a violation notice. So much for freedom of speech.
Good job the new guidelines have just come in, will make it hard for the usual ones to report time and time again for no good reason.
If you get one for this, appeal.

Gee, I thought there were two salient facts:
1. The little girl is missing.
2. Her parents admit leaving her unsupervised.
Isn't that enough?
