I am 30weeks pregnant and i was walking my dog and had sharp pain down there never had them before,im sitting and i think it stopped,can anyone help me thanks

I get it all the time. It's normal but if you are really worried call your doc.

More likely than not its varicose veins. Every woman gets them in her vagina while pregnant. When you sit down the pressure is lessened, so they hurt less.

Most woman also get vaginal hemorrhoids. Those hurt just like that.

Beyond those things, the birth canal is changing and stretching all through pregnancy, especially as you are standing and moving. Its good and its needed.

Perfectly normal.

your baby may b head down , u feel pain there when that happens, make sure to rest alot, goodluck
