The screen you are seeing is your BIOS. The most common reason that this would happen is probably that it is getting some kind of error. Read text on your screen. Does it say anything, even just something unnecessary like a floppy drive, is missing?
Once you have that figured out, open your BIOS settings. It should tell you how to do this before the point were you have been pressing F1, but I would guess it is probably esc you need to press. Then poke around looking for a setting that will change how your BIOS handles errors, especially the one you are getting.

when your requested to press F1 to continue your cmos checksum has detected an error > fan speed ,key board, video, etc.. Thats what has to be fixed. Driver type etc ? Blue mark scrolling? This sounds like your problem is with your video and also its drivers. Can you be more specific? Have you tried last known good configuration? Can you get into safe mode?

Go to your bios setup by pressing DEL key before the start up begins. go to the booth menu and press load up bios default. then restart your computer. This F1 thing only happens when there is a hardware error. Also please check your add peripherals.
