they are both same but there are some cheater telling that they cheat but they are not lying

They are both the same thing. A liar is a cheater, and a cheater is a liar! There are too many of both in this world.

well if its out of those 2 choices then a cheater. At least with a cheater, you already know what wrong they are gonna do, with a liar, anything and everything is up for grabs. neither one is good tho.

Well last time I was cheating at a gambling machine and I cheated on a test and I cheated on my ex and I cheated on a game and I cheated on the road and I cheated with a lie and I lied to liars about lieing that I lie and I cheated them and I lied to them and then I lied about cheating. It was a good day.
