Between 1960 and 1966, the highest average annual mean temperature in Dallol, Ethiopia was recorded at 94 °F which is considered the highest average temperature in the world.
This is according to the Guinness Book of World Records.

actually, this place is not too hot. the maximum temperature hardly 45celcius and above. but this place only maintain the temperature almost a year.
summer temperature, the average of hottest temperature are like death valley, kuwait where both are 38celcius on july. kuwait range in july with 28 - 49celcius. and death valley is 30 - 53. both this country cold in winter. death valley can reach -5celcius in winter where the coldest there is 0 farenheit = -18 celcius.
