Oh yes ...I do believe that ! Look at Bruce Lee,he was told that he'd never walk again...and look at the positive recovery he made ! I personally can tell you that you have to want it ....not just a little, but all the way and you can make it happen ! You have to take the words ( I can't ) out of your vocabulary ! I'm wishing you the best !

For the most part, I would say that is an accurate statement.
However, sometimes the will may be strong, but the goal unattainable.
For example, if a kid wants a new bike, rather than the parents buying it they may make the kid get a paper route and save his/her wages to achieve that goal. If the kid does this, they are rewarded with both a bike and valuable life lessons on the power of earning a dollar & sacrificing to achieve their goals.
On the other side, Ross Perot made two attempts at being elected to the U.S. Presidency.
His will was strong, he had the financial means to fund his own campaigne, and he has a brilliant mind, yet he lost both times.
The will was there, but they way eluded him.

Working full time, raising two young girls under 6 , a huge house to clean, errands and appointments to keep and going to college at night was quite a feat. I had the will and found the way to do it. That was many moons ago, now at 50 , no way!!!

I do! I think if we have the will to want to accomplish something we will work on the way to get it done!
At the present time I am working on a way to get rid of past demons (the way) so I will have the tools (the will) for a new beginning!

like DiamondDeb, in my 39 years I have proved over and over... If you want something badly enough, there is a way to achieve just that. If you can imagine it, you can attain it. Scratches arm, the only thing I cannot get my mind to overcome in my allergy to poison oak, I got into some yesterday, chuckles...

Sometimes people put their own interests on hold, in order to take care of other situations they feel are important. A person can refocus, and rearrange their priorities for the betterment of someone else.
