there are too many islamist terrorists. if we care about him, he will increase his charisma. he is just terrorist man as jihad, hamas, ...etc. do you agree with me?

Lets think of Bin Laden as "ignition" and his followers as gasoline. Gasoline is dangerous and should not be played with, it's harmless in a container on its own but when introduced to ignition, it will explode and destroy everyone around them.
It is important to get rid of all of the ignitions out there.

Don't agree.In this conflict he's the Hitler partly thanks to the view that is created by the Americans themselves.As long as he's not captured and brought to justice it makes America look bad.
Bush said he would smoke him out of his cave and get him dead or alive.Each day Osama is free he taunts America and could embolden other enemies of the West to think America really isn't that tough.That America though superior in technology and military force can be defeated and ridiculed by people living in caves.
His capture or death is as essential as getting to Hitler was in the second world war

I agree to an extent , sure if he were dead nothing really would change . But we need to kill him so we can have some justice for his actions . Also he is not just a terrorist man , he is their leader
