I have tried to contact him or her and say I am not interested but have received mail saying I will have a bad life if I don't do what he or she wants. Is this legal and how do I stop it from happening?

Bethea Jenner and Rochelle Gordon are mentioned a lot on the internet for doing this. It's annnoying and intrusive enough getting junk in your mail without people trying to mess with your head. Have you seen their photos on their websites? I've just had a look and no offence but they don't look like they would know much about anything to be honest. They certainly wouldn't be able to affect your life in any way. They don't look scary either. Just a couple of sad old ladies. Don't let em get you down.

There are reports all over the web of illegal withdrawals from bank accounts by this person so count your blessings you weren't tricked into giving out your bank details. If they are so psychic, how come they don't know you don't want to receive their nasty mails? In a world that seems to only care about getting more money at all costs, and not about people's happiness, I guess we have to expect this kind of thing and just be alert to it. I wish you all the best with it.

People like Bethea Jenner are confidence tricksters and thousands of people are receiving the same kinds of mails as you have. You can't all be going to have bad luck because you don't do what she says. And as the mails are all the same, promising the same things, no matter who you are and what your circumstances are, it just isn't believable. You might not be able to stop the mails but you can treat them with the contempt they deserve.

I'm getting the same e mails, and was going to post this exact same question.

The thing that really sticks in my craw about those e mails sent by her AND that Rochelle what's-her-name (they're working as a team) is that they always start them out by saying how much they care about how well the person is doing. And then it's the fear tactics: "If you don't have this junky trinket, you'll miss out on all that luck!"...spare me (rolls eyes). Fortunately, I don't go out for either fear tactics or junky trinkets, but I've got to wonder how many people these guys are fleecing. Shameful.

Let's BOTH mark them as spam, shall we?

(and P.S. - their free "personalized" horoscope forecasts are never right, either. Better off just going to astro.com)

Bethea Jenner (also known as, or working with, Rochelle Gordon) has been accused of identity theft and fraud. It's really mean what they do. I bet Bethea/Rochelle is the first to complain when someone is mean to her. Some people prey on vulnerable people and are somehow able to justify it to themselves. Don't let it get you down or they have won.

Block the sender in Yahoo or use a program like MailWasher to remove the offending spam from your eyeballs.

You can always reply that it is not you that will have the bad life, but the psychic when the summoned demons of offended sceptics haunt her night time hours.....

You'll have a bad life if you don't do what he or she wants? Geez, sounds like my exboyfriend, only his name wasn't Bethea. I guess you'll just have to put it in your spam box and stop opening it!

That's really sad... but before you even open it just delete it and make sure you mark all his e mails as junk.. Good Luck!
