"La yadkhol al janah man kan fee kalbeh methkal tharaten men kebr"
"La yadkhol al nar man kan fee kalbeh methkal tharaten mn 2iman"
Both in English:
"A person will never enter hell if he had an atom weight portion of iman in his heart"
"A person will never enter heaven if he had an atom weight portion of arrogance in his heart"
Could you relate please?
I believe that 99% of the muslims(at least me) may have kebr about any certain issue,
What will happen to people with both,
I dont want conclusions or predictions, serious answers in english only,
Thank you

Asalam alaikum, the tafseer (explanation) that i understand to be most correct, is that if a person has that arrogance we speak of, he will need to be purified.(as long as he has even a bit of eman) This can happen, in the grave, on the day of judgement, or in the hellfire. (astigfirAlla) there are other ways too, im sorry they dont come quickly to mind) then Insha'Allah they will go to the Jennah. The conclusion being that all muslims will eventually enter the Jennah. Insha'Allah.

Rana, my sister, the saying is actually "for the Love of money is the root of all evil" money in and of itself is just a tool, not bad or good, but excessive 'love' of it is the problem. But of course i agree with your sentiment.

Yes, the Prophet Muhammad (SAWS) did indeed say that. It is very unfortunate that today most.. well not most but alot of Muslims have Kibr in their heart... Of course even though one may have portions of Kibr in his heart.. If he asks ALLAH for forgiveness and improves gradually, ALLAH is certainly ALL-FORGIVING and ALL MERCIFUL! The Prophet also said that
"Man qala laa elaha ella ALLAH dakhala Al Jana"

meaning

whoever says there is no God but ALLAH enters paradise..

You might think that where will one go if he has said that but has Kibr in his heart.. but that desicion will go to ALLAH...

I ask ALLAH to clear all our hearts from Kibr...

Ameen..

yes,we all have this(speacially arab muslims)...because God gave us many blessings and gave us wealth and we forgot the thanking and we got indulged in our desires and we think that all of this we made by oursleves......
there's a hadith i dnt remember it correctly ,but what it means that God had placed for every group(jews, christians.muslims) sth that causes fitnah for those who have weak faith and ours was the money....money is the root of all evil and the main cause of arrogance....
even if we don't have the money ,we found other ways to feel superior above another human beings, maybe be the college degree or success in our buisness.....

muslims should be humble, more than anybody else..because he knows that whomever he was,how much he got,how great he was....Allah is greater and above all...he could take all these reasons he's being arrogant for in just a femto second....
we don't have to do except praying for forgivness and to be protected from fitnah.....

@Adam..yes brother that' what i meant...Allah gave us money which is of course not evil itself...coz we're weak it turned to fitnah...instead of a reason to get closer to him
