Excessive love making by myself and then added fun with my honey.
Delicious red or white wine with steak, pasta or seafood
Excess guilt for eating the steak, pasta and seafood and drinking the wine
Then that puts me back at the love making to burn off the calories I put in my body.
All in that order is how it works for me

I'm guilty of excess "Love making" I have mine at breakfast luch and dinner and then for a midnight snack maybe :) LOL
more than that on a weekend day

For me the most sinful thing is excessive intake of food. By taking food in such a way is a sinful action towards your body and ofcourse you are taking the food of others also. Thatz why in Indian scriptures of medicine it is saying that
Those who are taking one meal a day is YOGI (Saint)
Those who are taking two meal a day is BHOGI (those who craving for material pleasure)
Those who are taking three meal a day is ROGI (patient)
Lust also must be under control. Uncontrolable lust leads to adultery / disturbed relations/ lack of morality/ and ofcourse upcoming of STDs (lol)
