in theory, peace is only possible in democratic regime. because, in democracy, everyone is equal before the law. there is freedom of thought, speech, and action. in democratic regime, state is based on check and balance which prevents dictatorship. However, some Muslim states are Kingdom and there is no assembly, there is no check and balance for authority of king. therefore, democracy is impossible in those states. of course, peace is never possible in those states

No, because muslims will never allow peace, even among themselves. Muslims murder other muslims more than they murder non-muslims. Read the koran and you will see that it inspires evil hatred and violence. Muhammad set the example muslim terrorists have followed for 1400 years now, and the only way to have any peace is to show them we will fight back against them and will kill far more of them than they can kill of us. That is the way it has always been since islam was founded. Read the koran and see for yourself.In surah 8:12 their "allah" even brags about being a terrorist. Wake up and smell the jihad.
