Go to the Federal Bldg in your nearest city. You have to show two proofs of who you are, one being a photo ID. I had to get a new one when I applied for a job not too long ago.

you will need like two forms of ID and usually in the bigger cities they have like an social security office but If you live in a smaller city, you should check the phone book because there will be this 1800 number that you would have to call

Ask for one? it's either that or chant outside the Social Security building where cards are distributed, wait for someone to look out the window and when that happens toss a flaming arrow through that window with a spatula commando force.

You need your drivers licence, birth certificate And other form of identification. Each state is diffrent, call the Social Security office for your county and they will be able to tell you what you need to bring.

You know your number, so go appply for a replacement card at your local SS office. Your SS number will be on your tax papers & on your paycheck stubs, in all likelihood.

go to the social secerity office in your city and tell them you need another. if you have a picture id thats great but if not they just ask you your d.o.b. and mothers maiden name and stuff like that and then give you another.
