If you used a card that is not yours, you will go to jail for fraud, have a record, be a felon, and not be able to open up a bank account from the stolen card's bank for a long time, more then a year. You are in trouble and need to get a lawyer.

It is theft. You will be arrested and charged and put in jail to await a bond hearing. Unless, of course, you use the card with the owner's permission.

it depends if your a "Authorized User" on the account ..... If you are allowed to sign, but your name isn't on the card ..... it's ok.
If the card isn't yours, your not supposed to be using it, and you have it .... yup ... it's considered theft.
If you ever find something that isn't yours ... call a cop and turn it in as found property.
The longer you have it the worse it is.
Yes jail can result in worst case senerios.

You go to jail for fraud. Remember that "Identity Theft" and such are now under homeland security, not regular cops.
