How about personalized Christmas stockings? Use felt, quilted fabric, brocade, even drapery fabrics. Trim them with beads, ribbons, fabric paint, buttons.....anything! Fill them with simple things. Or maybe a hand-shaped and baked clay ornament for the tree? Create, bake, paint. Add a ribbon or pretty string for a hanger.

How about simple teddy bears for the younger kids and the girls. There are lots of free patterns online and you can buy some of that shaggy felt or plush felt to make them with. I don't have an idea for the oldest boy but I know you'll think of something cool for him.

You're very sweet.

How about this for the oldest boy...get a wooden box from the craft store and cover it with camo fabric so he can keep things in it in his room.

Seriously - start looking at Michaels.com

They have LOTS of ideas. maybe a door hanger with their name. or pick up a plastic suncatcher and paint it to hang in the window.

You could bake something or make an ornament

for the girls - something for the hair or a bracelet (there are easy kits)

For the older kids - add decoration to a small bulleting board for their room.

Hope this gets you started.

And for 14 - I'm Impressed

Go to the dollar store and check out the craft section.
They have little wooden boxes that you can decorate with paint or stickers or markers. Personalize them for each child and put a small keepsake in each one.Oh yes, don't forget to put on the bottom"made by your name" and year.

Try pillow cases. You can make them appropriate for each age level.

If you sew, you can purchase fabric to make them. Here are some directions: http://www.deafhomeschool.com/study/crafts/pillowcases.html

If you don't sew, you can purchase the pillow cases and decorate them yourself. You can either draw designs on them with fabric paints or just write their names.

You could embroidery their names with an easy back stitch or choose a variety of stitches to decorate the edges. Here are some stitches and how to make them: http://inaminuteago.com/stitchindex.html

I consider myself a very crafty person (pun intended) and enjoy making a lot of different things. Usually I make my own loose incense for rituals, in order to gear them specifically for it. Last Yule I handmade topsy-turvey dolls of the Maiden/Mother and Oak King/Holly King as gifts. I could give you instructions for the topsy-turvey dolls but I would have to scan the patterns in and don't have them with me. If you want them let me know and I can scan them over the weekend and email them to you. My favorite is cross stitching. I love to cross stitch pagan/witchy artwork for my walls.
