I believe it is a matter of the heart. That is the quality, or the kind of heart one may have. If one is open to most things, loves living, one is prompt to find something wonderful or appealing in another. One may fall in love simply because how another person laughs, or winks or smiles or talks, etc.
Then one's Open heart responds.
And you begin to fall in love. one is considered a romantic.
However that romantic person may come across the object of their delight and affection, only to discover, that the openness of heart they have for even the slightest nuances,
may not be so sensitively felt by the other. So there is no reciprocity that would feel satisfactory! So what happens?
Well the one with the immediate and open heart to love; the romantic, has to suffer for the wonderful quality of his/her open giving, ready to receive, heart, BECAUSE the other in the scenario is more fortressed, more inclined not to feel as much.
Happens all the time...and it feels like H*ll while one struggles to disengage from the block-headed one, so lacking in sensibility and sensitivity.

But it isn't so easy for me to fall in love, and that is what makes it so precious when it is found. It is hard to find because there are so few who have what it takes to get me to fall in love with them.

I know! That's why it's a lesson learned for me. Try to not to fall too fast or too easy. Sometimes we just tend to idealize or romanticize the object of our affection

It is easy to fall in lust, to fall for words that we need to hear, emotions are hard to control and easy to mistake for love... some may not know how to love, may have love but don't know it. or have had things said and done to them that makes them feel they are not worthy of love..therefore they stop looking for it....

You can't hunt for true love......it happens. Some won't wait and miss the true adventure. Settling for less only to realize it wasn't love at all, just infatuation.

Love is not something that can be made or forced. When it happens.. it just happens.. and you sometimes dont realise that you love the person till its too late. Love has no reason to it. its just LOVE =D
