if the temp is 120 and the dewpint is 70 or if the temp is 50 and the dewpoint is 50? what also feels more humid?

The absolute humidity (total amount of water vapor in the air) is higher in the first case and the relative humidity is higher in the second (100% vs. 21%). For sure you'll be more uncomfortable when it's 120, but I think your body will interpret most of that as just heat. If the air temperature is 50 and the dewpoint 50 you're going to be in a fog, and for sure that will feel quite humid.

At a temperature of 120F the skin will perspire but not easily evaporate with a cooling effect at a relatively high (70F) dew point. It will feel hot and humid. If the temperature is 50F and the dew point is also 50F, evaporation can not occur (except from a warmer object like skin) but no evaporation is required for cooling. In a cellar, mold could form because it is too damp (saturated with vapor).
