Build a house, plant some fruit and nut trees, and plant a couple of acres of pumpkins to sell in the fall. And maybe build a Japanese tea house. But mostly I would sit back and enjoy the outdoors with my family and no close neighbors!

I have ten acres of land. I have a beautiful two story house, a barn and workshop. 7 acres are left as woodland. Walking hand-in-hand through the woods with my wonderful wife is so romantic.

I would make the most awesomest skateboard park ever!
plus a small restaurant or concession stand. It would be free entry into the park.It would be my little effort to help keep kids off the street. If only I was sreamingly rich!!

If I were younger, I'd probably raise cattle like the other poster above said. It would make a nice yearly income. But at my age now, I think I would sell it.
