‘It is hard to forgive, and to look at those eyes, and feel those wasted hands,’ he answered. ‘Kiss me again; and don’t let me see your eyes! I forgive what you have done to me. I love my murderer—but yours! How can I?’

I'd say yes. In a court of aw he may not have committed the actual murder, but he certainly planned & orchestrated it.

What do you think?

Literary scholar John Sutherland actually has a book titled "Is Heathcliff a Murderer?: Great Puzzles in Nineteenth-century Fiction". It's one in a series of books that addresses mysteries in classic literature, including such pressing questions as how exactly Victor Frankenstein created his monster.

I'd recommend you read the essay for yourself, as Sutherland makes a good case for Heathcliff being a murderer. However, this point of view is not accepted by all readers (far from it), and it's really up to you what you think about the character.

No, but you need to read the book yourself to get the true meaning of the Wuthering Heights classic by Emily Bronte.

You should do your own homework because you will learn nothing otherwise.

Check here for book Anaylsis:

I'm assuming you're talking about in Wuthering Heights...In my opinion, no. I don't really recall him murdering anyone.

However, it's been about two years since I read that book, so you might want to check an online source to make sure.
