It's a bit like Mohandas K. Gandhi's reply when he was asked on his 1930s trip to London what he thought about western civilization: "I think it would be a good idea".
BTW, the next time you see one of those peace symbols that looks a bit like the hood ornament on a Mercedes-Benz, think of Bertrand Russell. That peace symbol is actually the stylized logo of the Committee For Nuclear Disarmament, a group he helped create.

DesertViiking's answer puts me in mind of the post game interview with a football coach whose team had taken a drubbing.

A reporter asked the coach "what did you think of the defense's execution?"

The coach responded "I'm in favor of it."
