My sister works for one in Newark NJ,and she knows for a fact that the people who are running it are stealing funds.She has written an anonymous letter with her concerns,but has no idea on who to send it to.

It depends on the organization.

I would contact the IRS first, and if that gets nowhere, contact a city official. If that doesn't work, contact your local newspaper and they can give assistance -- they will love the scoop.

If there is theft going on, she should contact the District Attorney in the county where the theft is taking place.

in england its the local councils out there i would try you,r senetor govenor any sort of government oficial or even the F.B.I
