Simple answer - no, it is not - it is clear spam.

It is just made to attract you and then to click on some link / send your money somewhere or stuff like that. NEVER believe any "you win 12345$" from people you never heard of in your mailbox. It is simply spam (or scam).

Ask yourself - why would someone send you some money? Just for his fun? No, world is not like that. Dont believe this type of mails.

It's a scam, as are most emails from people you've never heard of telling you you've won contests you never entered.
