I believe it's George W. Bush...he looks like a monkey. Not quite as intelligent, though.

Oh, The Chimpanze, of course. These fellows have quite a few sign languages of their own, before we taught some to captives. They use a number of jungle tools like sticks and even seem to recognise the advantage of barbed points. There is good evidence that they pull jokes on each other and laugh when happy. I don't think they cry as we do but they certainly seem to emote at the loss of a child or even an injured colleague.The fact that they are genetically 97% close to human does not surprise me. Given the structure to speak, they would have evolved as we did and, I'm afraid, we probably would have not listned.
