Why Norway?
Taking over the world is not a good idea, I believe Britain's been there and done that and since given it back to them that had it in first place.

Why do you want to take over the rest of the world? You don't make colonies any more, you cooperate. To take over the rest of the world now means making a union. I think it would be wiser to learn to handle EU before you try to apply for leadership in WU.

Great idea!
Norway's resource - based economy, combined with England's large services sector would be a balanced free trade zone.
Also the British army actually fights, unlike other European rubbish. We've beaten Russia (1854), and China four times.
The Union would have a useful land border with Russia and could blockade the Baltic.

I would rather be with Norway than europe as long as our beer doesn't get as expensive as theirs. Take over the world, what for?
