Yes definitely, there is 2 way to see live ODI between India/England. One is u can use TV card so u can directly show all programmes of TV 2 ur PC & other one is u can go through www.starcricket.com/www.espn.com 2 see live match 2 ur PC.

You can see the match live on your P.C. in the website www.espnstar.com
To see cricket on the internet, please follow the folowing steps:
1) Open website www.espnstar.com.
2) Once the website opens, you will find a small box
at the right hand corner with Heading LIVE OF TUBE.
3) In that box, the match which will be going on will be
indicated.
4) If you want to see only the score, click on the Score Board.
5) If you want to see ball by ball coverage, please click on LIVE
FLASH CRICKET CENTRE..
6) A new Window ON LINE CRICKET CENTRE will be opened.
7) Click on CLICK TO ENTER
8) Another window will bne opened, where you willfind the
match which is live will be indicated.
9) Click on the scoreboard of the match you want to see.
10) New window will be opened, where you can see ball by ball coverage of the match

yes, log on to www.bccworld.com and click sports page and there you see the LIVE Button of cricket click that you can see live cricket match of all Ind and england matches. Infact county matches also you can see live and hear commentary.
