He won a quarter of a mil the first time and only a thousand the second and third times. I'd be impressed if he'd won the Mega-millions three times.

Yeah, quite a lucky guy. Plus, he is heir to the Kimberly- Clark Corporation. Some people are luckier than others. But, they say, " money can't buy you love". LOL

Thats so crazy. And he didn't do anything spectacular, he just walked into the local newsagent...
If the money had to go to anyone, it should go to someone who deserves it.
