I know I'm not the only person to say this but 'Field of Dreams' every time! Strangely enough its a film that makes me laugh more than any other film too! The script is superb.

10 Things I Hate About You - right at the end when she's reading the poem and she starts to cry. I've seen it a million times but I still cry whenever I see it. And A Walk To Remember, I once watched it twice in one day, and cried both times lol.

OOh.. second Jeremy R on Phenomenon...always makes me cry, i even bought the soundtrack. Another 'What Dreams May Come' with Robin Williams..... a real tearjerker for me.
