That first one is a good example. There are whole web sites dedicated to all the goofy stuff that Bush has said over the years. There have been plenty.

It's just a bunch of awkwardly arranged grammar that was used by George W. Bush during speeches and stuff like that. Check out the website, they have a bunch of them!
