Mosquito - It causes Malaria which is one of the biggest causes of death in this world.

However, if you include Humas as creatures, we are also one of the most dangerous creatures in the word. Humans have the ability to destroy the world several times over - no other animal can do that.

Humans control Air, Land and Sea. No animal controls all three. So I guess Humans are the most deadly whilst the most dominant.

The fer-de-lance is the most dangerous snake of Central and South America, and causes more human deaths than any other American reptile. On average, a fer-de-lance injects 105mg of venom in one bite, although a venom yield of up to 310mg has been recorded while milking them. The fatal dose for a human is 50mg. If bitten, without immediate help you are dead. The lifespan of this critter is 20 years.

Difficult question to answer - there are creature that are hugely toxious, but not many come into contact with humans - lions and elephants can kill a lot of people - in particular elephant, but many of those deaths are accidental, and partly because they have very close contact with humans, especially in India. The Portuguese man of war is very deadly and will kill if not treated, but is easy to avoid - the Grizzly Bear is another very deadly creature that can kill a man with one swipe of its paw, like the Portuguese man of war you are unlikely to come across one, but unlike it, if you, the Grizzly is more difficult to run away from. There is also a sea snake the is very very deadly, but not huge in number, and exists in only certain areas.

I'd have to say it depends on your definition of "creature." Some scientists do not consider viruses true lifeforms, but if you happen to fall on the other side of the divide, viruses may take your price. Think of ebola or avian flu, to name just two that have been discussed publically lately.
