Could be a relay, fan motor, or even the switch. Have you checked the fuse?

Does the fan work when the switch is placed on the highest setting?

If so, check the blower resistor. If not, then you need to confirm if there is power at the connector where the fan is located and if there is no power you need to work your way back from there checking the fuses first.

I pulled a rat out of a blower motor yesterday. You should be able to smell a rat. Check for power at the motor. Then check the blower motor speed controler or resisitor. Then fan switch in that order.
