Making you own is the best way to go. Not particularly expense if you don't go out and buy top of the line stuffers. mixers, etc. Most mixes will do about 30 pounds at a time. Directions are easy. I'd say there are at least 30 varieties available in kit form now. You provide the meat and skill and tools. Everything else is in the box.
