Download and install sonic manager from www.downloads.com

or media player ver.11 is also pretty good and its free...and you dont have to worry about the wrong region set on your cpmputer...change it from the time settings.

you can only change regions 3 times... this is a device. (CD/DVD on board chip setup,

you could go to the manufactures support website and ask what you can do to get around the problem
