everyones skin varies if you have very sensitive fragile skin then you shud wait until your 20 but if you skin is normal then about 18. But you shud always check with the person that is going to do the facial and bleach on you

for a facial atleast 20 i think because before that your skin is way too tender for something as harsh as that...iff u go fr a facial before that, whatever goodness was left of your skin will be gone and your skin will just get worse. As for a bleach, i'm not sure because bleaching is not all that bad, but if u do it at too young an age and you keep doing it for many years, the hairs on your face will get white permanently or something.

bleaching can be done after 17/18 yrs but facial should be done only after 35 yrs coz facial is done to lift up ur skin while bleaching is only done to change ur facial hair growth
