Believe it or not, coffee contains quite a bit of potassium!
1 cup of regular contains 116mg of potassium
and 1 cup of decaf contains even more at 128mg of potassium!

If you are like me, and can easily drink 1 whole pot of coffee with sweetner and evaporated milk, you can get about 1/3 of your daily potassium from coffee!
