I'm supposed to be on a diet, & I've been trying to practice eating fruits & veggies, as well as other healthy foods. After I eat the fruits & vegetables, my hunger is still not satisfied. Do you think my body is craving for unhealthy food like chips & cookies, since that's what I'm used to eating?
I really want to lose this weight. I always get hungry & can't sleep in the middle of the night UNTIL I eat something. I can't go to bed on an empty stomach. There's no way for me to ignore this. I can't fall asleep until I had something to eat. I try to eat something like lots of lettuce during the middle of the night & drink lots of water, & I'm still hungry. Do you think my psychiatric medicine is causing this?
