I think the best desktop screenshot software would be Gadwin PrintScreen.

It has an excellent easy to understand interface, lets you copy your printscreens on to clipbpard or save it as an image file of your choice.

Yes, it is called Screenshotcaptor. Please google it. My friend has it free, no trial. Please make any donations you can if possible, and I believe for a limited time he includes a life-time key for future released versions if you donate and other features.
