You said it yourself, you're making yourself sick worrying you're going to die.
I'm pretty sure at least some of your symptoms are directly caused by your fear. I've done that. I used to be soooo terrified of dying all the time, I was always sure I had a fatal disease and no one would listen. I had headaches ever day for weeks, I threw up, I couldn't breathe, there were all these weird pains everywhere.....ALL IN MY MIND!
But look on the bright side (sort of): if you do have brain cancer (which is VERY unlikely), you will eventually have symptoms severe enough that your mom won't be able to ignore it, and she'll take you to the hospital.
Try not to worry. Take it easy, wait and see what happens. Best wishes.

First thing a doctor is going to want to know is your medical history. You have brain cancer and have been diagnosed, is their any foods that might make you feel better? Are there any headache medication you are allowed to take? I will help try and research for you. If you would though, please understand that you do not have to drive yourself to the doctor, especially if they are only 15 min away. If your headache had been going on for this long, and if it really hurts, you should call a doctor or emergency service.

I CANNOT believe your mom is so non-chalant about this.
I don't want to alarm you and I can't tell you what these symptoms mean because I don't know and it would be unfair to even suggest what it could be because you can be unnecessarily worrying something that may or may not be a problem, but I think you really ought to talk to an adult that will help you get to a doctor for your peace of mind.
Does your school have a nurse or counsellor? What about other relatives?

Although it could be migraine. (often associated with periods in young women), the fact that you have a still neck means it could be something more serious like meningitis.
Please tell your family to get you to a doctor immediately.
